A
  1. Blood Alchohol Content

What affects BAC levels? (Only Read Through)

A
  1. Amount of alcohol you drink
    More drink, higher BAC
  2. Amount of food you eat before or while you drink alcohol
    Food in stomach slows down alchohol absorption
  3. Length of time you drink alcohol
    Longer you drink, the higher your BAC
  4. Body weight
    Larger body weights - Lower BAC
    Greater volume for the alcohol to be distributed which results in lower BAC levels
  5. Gender
    Females have a smaller body mass more body fat, lowering proportion of total body water to distribute alcohol
