How does the fire detection system works
Its is a closed loop system connected to pressure sensing device. The line is filled with gas, the pressure inside the line will increase when it is heated. When the pressure crossed a certain threshold it will activate the warning device in the cockpit

Pax 4 - 1 and 2 are in the main cabin, 3 is in the lavatory and 4 is in the baggage compartment.
Cargo 4 - all are in the cargo hold

What is class C smoke detection
Gives an indication on the panel that there is smoke in the baggage compartment. There are two halon bottles. First is an instant release of all halon to put the fire out. The second is slow release to keep the fire suppressed. It will last 45min-1hour form the time of the button press
