Security Assistance? (2)

A

SA is an element of SC funded and authorized by DOS and administered by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency of the DOD.

SA is a group of programs that the USG uses to provide defense articles, military training, and other defense-related services by grant, loan, credit, or cash sales to advance national policies and objectives.
