A
1mm cysts- several cm Blue domed with pale fluid Usually multiple Thin walled but fibrotic wall Lined by apocrine epithelium

Management of fibrocystic change?
A
Exclude malignancy
Reassure
Excise if necessary

What are hamartomas?
A
Circumscribed lesion composed of cell types normal to breast but present in an abnormal proportion or distribution
