Adult- 1mcg/kg slow IV, IO, IN max single dose 100mcg, repeat after 10 min
Adult >65 0.5mcg/kg max 50mcg repeat in 5 minutes
Pedi- 1-2 mcg/kg slow IV, IO, IN
