Women most likely to be victims of domestic violence and sexual crimes. Dobash and Dobash’s study highlighted domestic violence against wives.

Women only made up 25% of all judges in 2014.
Radical feminists
Focuses on the influence of patriarchy and why women don’t commit crime. Feminists are also interested in the types of crimes women are more likely to be victims of.
Evaluation of feminism: Positive
They are the only theory that looks at gender differences in crime rates and why women may or may not commit crimes.
Evaluation of feminism: Negative
They ignore men as victims and crimes with women against men.
