bulge in the upper anterior vaginal wall. due to weaken muscles and ligaments - bladder is bulging into vaginal wall

bulge in the lower, posterior vaginal from rectum. due to weakening of fascia of pelvic floor

5.5 by 8 cm in nulliparous women. larger in multiparous woman
ovarian cyst
smooth, compressible.

solid and nodular

infection in ovary or fallopian tube. pus can accumulate and cause pain

cyst felt on ovary, uterus is immobile, painful pelvic exam
