stores energy, cushions vital organs, insulates body, and transports fat soluble vitamins

What is saturated fat
A
fats who r usually solid at room temperature and are usually from animals> can cause heart disease(sausage eggs cheese bacon, etc) foods containing more than 20 percent of saturated fats are not healthy

A
usually from plants and are liquids at room temperature.
