7. What are VALUE LISTS?

Value lists provide a fast and accurate method of entering data into the Schedule and Resource Views. For any column into which you can enter data, you can define a list of choices that appear when you move into or click on a cell of that column.

Double click the column header. When the FORMAT COLUMN dialog appears, choose the VALUE LIST TAB and select your options.
