- How do you change a COLUMN NAME?
FORMAT: COLUMN: OPTIONS
- In the FORMAT: COLUMN: OPTIONS page there is the option to select PER ROW. What does this mean?
data in the COLUMN is stored IN RELATION TO AN ACTIVITY ROW (PER ROW).
- What about the option to select PER BAR
data in the column is stored in relation TO AN ACTIVITY BAR (PER BAR).
- FORMAT: COLUMN: OPTIONS: SHOW IN INFORMATION FORM. What is this?
if you deselect this option, the column WILL NOT display in the COLUMNS TABLE OF THE INFORMATION FORM.
- When you DOUBLE CLICK on a COLUMN HEADER, the __________appears.

- With certain columns, you have the ability to specify VALUES that can be automatically inserted on new rows. What are they?

- What are the COLUMN SUMMARIES?
they display, at the BOTTOM of the column, the total, average, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, and/or count of values currently shown in a column’s cells.
- How do you choose to display COLUMN SUMMARIES?
double click on column heading to show the FORMAT: COLUMN dialog. Choose the SUMMARIES tab. Make your choices.
- What could you use SUMMARIES for?
to find out, among many other things, the TOTAL AMOUNT OF HOURS IN THE PROJECT, the TOTAL AMOUNT OF TASKS, etc.
- Column summaries APPEAR ONLY IF:
the COLUMN SUMMARIES AND TIMESCALE (BOTTOM) OPTION is chosen in the DEFINE LAYOUT dialog.
