a method pf training for runners where the terrain and speed are constantly changing.

How do you do fartlek training?
A
a Fartlek training session involves exercises varying in time, distance, gradients and effort. Using one of the ‘cardio’ machines (treadmill, cross-trainer, rower or bike), create your own session plan. Remember try to make the session realistic.
