It is a gift from God and a source of joy. Can be used for both unitive and creative purposes. They are against artificial contraceptives.
Why are catholics against contraceptives?
Some contraceptives have abortifacient effects. They believe contraceptives are the main cause of promiscuity.
What do non-catholic christians believe about contraceptives?
They are okay to use if they’re to restrict family size and not to prevent having children all together.
Why are non-catholic christians for contraceptives?
There is nothing in the bible that forbids contraceptives. Contraceptives raise the standard of living for both parents and previously existing children.
What are the humanist and atheist opinion of contraceptives?
They’re accepted since it prevents people from having unwanted children they’ll treat badly. It also prevents STDs and improves women’s health.
