If tower or RAPCON or AMOPS receive initial notification from a suspicious caller about a bomb or threat to any agency or building on base, call:
911 and pass on all availed information.

In the event of a bob threat, approaching tornadoes, high winds, structural damage due to fire, and communications failure, ATC and/or AMOPS may be:
Evacuated for safety.

Due to close proximity of the tower, a bomb threat against one will be considered a bomb threat to both the:
Tower and the RAPCON.

When a bomb threat is received indicating an explosive device may be in or around building 699, what do you do?
> notify the WS/SC immediately
> if threat received by phone, complete the AF Form 440 (do not hang up the telephone even if caller terminates the conversation)
> try to keep the caller on the line and get as much information as possible without threatening, aggravating, or insulting the caller.
> if received by mail:
- handle the item as little as possible to preserve forensic evidence - copy the info and leave the original for investigation - if suspected an explosive device don’t touch it - note any details and leave the scene untouched for investigation

If the threat is received over the phone, the WS/SC will:
Immediately call 911 and notify the law enforcement desk operator that a bomb threat is being/was received and the phone line the caller is/was on
