What are other ways of attempting to reestablish communication with an aircraft other than:
> emergency frequencies
voice equipped NAVAIDs
FSS
the ARINC
> having the aircraft use its transponder or make turns to acknowledge clearances and answer questions
- ex: request the aircraft to reply mode 3/A “IDENT” - ex: request the aircraft to reply on code 7600 or if already on 7600, the appropriate stratum code - ex: request the aircraft the change to “stand-by” for sufficient time for your to be sure that the lack of a target is the result of the requested action
> broadcast a clearance for the aircraft to proceed to its filed alternative airport at the MEA if the aircraft operator concurs

Operational facility.
They will contact all concerned agencies. Cell phones may be used to contact necessary agencies.
