  • Cheeks are plethoric (i.e., flushed)

Findings suggest: Cushingoid face

And although not shown in the picture, you may also see:
* Acne
* Hirsutism in females

A

Bilateral Parotid enlargement, suggest Sialoadenosis

Caused by:
* Diabetes Melitus
* Alcohol abuse
* Malnutrition
* Eating disorders(e.g.,bulimia)
* Medications like: Clonidine

A

Yellow tinge to skin (serum bilirubin levels> 4–5 mg/dL) with Scleral icterus (serum bilirubin levels > 2–3 mg/dL).

Findings suggest: Jaundice
