A
  • Globe protrudes out of the orbital cavity (Exophthalmus)
  • Upper eye lids are retracted showing the superior sclera (Dalrymple sign)
  • Edema of eyelids
  • Enlargement of the conjunctival blood vessels (Conjunctival injection)

Findings suggest: Graves orbitopathy
