- Globe protrudes out of the orbital cavity (Exophthalmus)
- Upper eye lids are retracted showing the superior sclera (Dalrymple sign)
- Edema of eyelids
- Enlargement of the conjunctival blood vessels (Conjunctival injection)
Findings suggest: Graves orbitopathy
