I can fully empathise with how annoying it is when one of your favourite products is removed from the product range. We WEREN’T SEEING THE SALES FIGURES high enough to continue selling this product, which is REALLY A SHAME - because I AGREE it was a great cereal.
WHERE 2 BUY
Due to the nature of our distribution network, we are unable to PINPOINT exactly where this item is being sold. I’m just going to check if its being stocked by any of the MAJOR RETAILERS ON THEIR WEBSITES, if you can just bear with me a moment.
FOLLOW UP WHERE 2 BUY
We have such a broad range of distribution channels and as retailers are constantly updating their product selections, we are unable to pinpoint exactly where a particular product is being sold at a particular time.
PRODUCTION ISSUES
We did see a BIG INCREASE in demand for our cereals due to lockdown, and experienced a few PRODUCTION ISSUES with that, but we’re NOW OVERCOMING THEM ON THE MAJORITY OF GOODS, which means you should expect to see them back in stores within the next few weeks.
ALLERGIES
We fully understand the concerns of those like yourself who are affected by food allergies. We have worked extensively with allergy organisations and research groups to understand the complexity of allergies and reduce the risk to the consumer.
If any one of our products contain any of the top 14 food allergies (including ), they are always emphasised in bold on the ingredients list.
NUTRITION
I can definitely understand how important that would be and this is definitely something that we will look into for you. Straight after your call I’m going to forward this to our nutritions team who will be able to look into this further so we can tell you more.
ALCOHOL
We do not add alcohol as an ingredient to any of our products/ Wir können Ihnen versichern, dass unseren Chips kein Alkohol als Zutat beigefügt wird, weswegen Alkohol nicht in unserer Zutatenliste auftaucht.
ALLERGIES/TRACES
We will voluntarily add a “may contain” allergy warning statement directly beneath the ingredient list if we cannot guarantee the absence of _______ in one of our products
ALCOHOL 2
