Mention factors heat loss & gain in testis
Loss: very vascular scrital skin which is rich in sweat glands, absence of subcutaneous glands, relaxation of dartos muscle in hot weather leads to smooth & elongated scrotal skin with inc its surface area
Gain: contraction of dartos muscle that leads to corrugated and short scrotal skin with dec its surface area, contraction of cremaster muscle elevates testis near body
List parts of epididymis and their connections
- Head over upper end of testis connected by efferent ductules
- Body main part along posterior border of testis
- Tail connected to vas deferens
List constituents of spermatic cord
3 arteries: testicular artery, cremastric artery, artery of vas
3V: vas deferens, venous plexus, vestige of processus vaginalis

-terminal branches of pudendal nerve run along lateral side of dorsal arteries of the penis
