Calcium oxalate
A
80% of kidney stones. Most common. Most have idiopathic calcium urolithiasis, who etiology has not yet been defined.

Struvite
A
created from alkaline environment. (magnesium-ammonium-phosphate as well as varying levels of matrix) matrix forms in an alkaline urine and during infection with a urease-producing bacterial pathogen, such as Proteus, Klebsiella, or Pseudomonas.

Uric acid
A
acidic environment and commonly related to gout. This occurs in people that excrete excessive uric acid in the urine.
