  • INDEPENDENT/ some assist level transfers, uneven some assist to total assist sliding board,
  • Not easy, some pt’s can but rarely on acute rehabilitation, best is usually MOD/MIN assit
  • Driving possible with hand controls
  • Attendant for am/pm care
  • No functional ambulation
