Racial Equity Action Plans:

A
  • plans to attract, promote, or hire pool of qualified candidates
  • Personnel dept to develop and maintain mandatory training on implicit bias
  • No City Dept should differentiate an employee on the basis of their race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin
  • conduct outreach to certain underrepresented groups to promote diversity and equity
