You are looking at an aspirate of an enlarged lymph node. On the aspirated slide there are about 75-95% small, well-diffrentitaed lymphs. There are not a lot of large lymphs. You do not see any macrophages or plasma cells or mast cells. What kind of lymph node cytology are you looking at?

An aspirate of an enlarged lymph node containes many small, well-differentiated lymphs, some intermediate and large, less than 10% are blasts, a plasma cell is present, you see a mott cell, a couple neutrohils and macrophages, and very little mast cells. What kind of lymph node cytology are you looking at?
a reactive lymphoid tissue
mott cells are constipated plasma cells, plasma cells with pink vacuoles filled with Ig.
