  2. any violation or breach of secured area is recorded and reported to board within 72 hrs
  3. If monitored electornically back up power must be provided and capable of continuing for no less that 36 hrs
  4. Electronic monitoring system be activated or inactivated only by key or combination

A

Pharmacist shall maintain a record stating any hours that the pharmacy was open for business without a pharmacist on duty if those hours vary from hours listed on application.

This record must be maintained in pharmacy and available to the board for examination for at least 2 years from date of last entry in record.
