the measure is subjective so it could have been biased - this is because people may seem better because they have someone to talk to but it could be argued that the perception of success is more important than an objective measure of success

the humanistic approach allows for personal development and change throughout the lifespan and acknowledges that we can change as a consequence of our environment
psychodynamic approach is very childhood focused.
