What are some of the physical passenger control methods?
- pax with disability or special needs must leave last
- pax who need help to evacuate go last
- this is to prevent injury
- also prevents blockage of exits
alert phase exists when
- aircraft is on the ground
- abnormal situation has been identified which may jeopardize safety of aircraft and/or its occupants
- an evacuation may be required
- the risk to the safety of the aircraft occupants is not life threatening

where location of hazard is known fd should alert cabin crew by using following terminology
“hazard left wing, or hazard right wing”
