A

is a complete mental and physical exhaustion as a result of prolonged stress. When suffering from burnout, a persons everyday functioning will be impacted. They may not be able to go to work, or if they do, they could be less competent in doing their job.

A

the qualities and characteristics that a worker demonstrates. This can include reliability, punctuality, honesty, trustworthiness and more. Excellent work skills promote best outcomes for your client, teamwork and overall staff morale.

Things that must be considered include ability to get to work (transportation, childcare), ability to do the job once you arrive (competent, rested and healthy), ability to work with others and more.
