This is the right of a patient to retain control over their body

All health care providers must do all they can to help benefit the patient in each situation
All procedures recommended must be intended to do the most good for the patient

A
To do no harm
We all must consider whether other people or society could be harmed by a decision made

A
There must be an element of fairness in all medical decisions
We must consider who is benefited and who this puts a burden on
Are the resources being distributed equally
Are all laws and legislation upheld
