Anti-glare screens
Swivel band screens to deflect light
adjustable brightness & contrast
good office lighting
regular free eye-tests

Related to poor posture while sitting at a computer for prolonged periods. Can lead to mobility problems,
How is Back Pain Reduced?
Adjustable chairs that allow height adjustment & backrest lifting
Take regular breaks
Regular exercise muscles
Provide training for improving posture
