In high context leaders are above, not to be questioned. So adds challenge in a flat structured organisation. Self effacing communication style so may undermine there own efforts for the greater good.

LC: will want to have direct individual feedback

What is temporal context
Monochronic
Polychronic
Different culture view time in different ways
Monochronic: view time as sequential,complete one takes at a time, priories tasks and work to a schedule
Polychronic: time is fluid and flexible, complete multiple tasks, no deadlines, willing to interrupt meeting for other discussions, phone calls, emails….
This can lead to misunderstandings: if working in a mono environment then as disorganised and disrespectful
