Records the seal number in front page of FQR or open the reporting app
What’s the PFC for the FAK?
Green seal intact and contents card is present in outer pocket
What’s the pre flight check of the AED?
-module seal intact and valid expiry date or prep kit seal intact
-2x grey plastic case elctro pads
-Green ready light blinking
If the EMK is used in the outbound sector what must you check additionally on the inbound sector?
That the new seal number matches CDL entry
If if the FAK has been used on the outbound sector what will you see instead of a green seal on the inbound
A red seal intact
If the AED has been used outbound, what should you check inbound?
-You should do a full security check
-Unused equipment back in module
-Record usage in CDL
-Complete tech log
-Raise MOR
GFAK pre flight check
Black outer case sealed with green security seal intact
GFAK PFC outbound if used? (post)
-Unused equipment place in open module
-Red security seal located in the lid
PFC inbound for GFAK? (post)
Same as inbound but ensure it’s been documented in the CDL
Post flight check for PO if used?
Turn knob fully clockwise and disconnect tubing and mask. Restore bottle back in its original stowage and put a red hood over the bottle and record in the CDL
What’s the preflight check for the burns kit?
-seal intact and valid expiry date
(Inbound) ensure that full security check is done as seal will be missing
