Misosis Aqueous flare, hypopeon, posterior synechia, vitreal debris, liquefaction, chorioretitis, retinal detachment

What kind of medical therapy can we use?

A

Systemic NSAID (Banamine)
Topical Steroid (check no ulcer)
Topical Atropine (no glaucoma)
Treat aggressively and Taper

Systemic - penicillin, doxycycline, enrofloxacin

Surgical - Cyclosporine implant, vitrectomy, intravitreal gentimicin

Enviromental modificaiton
Deworm
Vaccinate
