A

Displacement or volvulus - thick wall, distended veins

Nephrosplinic entrapment - cant see left kidney

Right Dorsal Colitis - thickened right dorsal colon

A

Peritonitis - abnormal peritoneal fluid

Hemoperitoneum - blood swerling
