1. Add some amylase and buffer pH 2 to the mixture.
2. Place test tube in a water bath at 30°
3. Add a drop of iodine to each dimple of the spotting tile
4. You add starch to the mixture
5. Start the timer
6. Every 20 seconds, you add a drop of the solution to a dimple
7. Repeat the experiment and try with other pHs
8. Record time starch has been digested (orange brown)
9. Once you have your results, plot it onto a graph
10. State variables
