Agrarian
basically refer to the best agricultural lands. They are highly productive farm lands, very fertile and highly suitable for growing the country’s major food crops and various agricultural products

is a participatory process of allocating forests and forest lands (FFL) as natural resource asset by the government under appropriate management
Forest Land Use Planning
this law provides guidelines for the sustainable management and conservation of forest resources, as well as the protection and development of forest lands and watersheds
The Philippine Forestry Act of 1975 (PD 705)
this law aims to protect the wildlife and their habitats, including forest ecosystems
The Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act of 2001 (RA 9147)
this law provides for the establishment and management of protected areas, which include forests, to conserve biodiversity and other natural resources
The National Integrated Protected Areas System Act of 1992 (RA 7586)
empowers municipalities to enforce fishery laws in municipal waters including the conservation of mangroves
Local Government Code (RA 7160)
protects the rights of the fisherfolk especially of the local communities with priority of municipal fisherfolk in the preferential use of municipal waters
