Serous cells - Darkly staining, contain digestive enzymes including amylase
Mucinous cells - Clear grey staining, contain glycoproteins
Myoepithelial cells - Often flat or cuboidal with clear cytoplasm, have some contractile properties to push saliva out of the ducts
