Severe, unilateral pain in short-lived bouts
Cause?
Cluster headache - Pain is short-lived, lasting about an hour and can occur in clusters up to 6 times a day for weeks

Constant, bilateral pain

Midfacial segment pain - Similar characteristics to tension headache, but with unknown aetiology

Migraines - Commonly report pain in one half of the head

No nausea or vomiting

Tension-type headache - A diffuse headache described as being around the head; usually featureless

Clicky jaw, jaw locking
Cause?
TMJ disorder - Affects TMJ and masticatory muscles, causing joint laxity
