what are the three parts of the ear and their function
outer - collects soundwaves and moves towards middle ear
middle - conducts and amplifies vibrations
inner - coverts vibrations/movement of fluids into action potentials
what is the eustachian tube
a tube than connects the middle ear to the nasopharynx
what are the two part of the cranium split into
neurocranium - surrounds brain
viscerocranium - surrounds face
describe a pterion
