Power lever switches
15 degrees
For engine starts at 0 degrees blade angle
Ground range coordinator degrees
Max reverse to flight idle (34 degrees)
Flight range coordinator degrees
From flight idle to max power (34-90 degrees)
Prop and engine speed control on ground
Prop blade angle: controlled by power lever
Engine speed: fuel control unit
In flight: power levers control TIT and FF
What does the 16 % switch do?
1: energized the igniter plugs (cans 2 and 5)
2: energizes the paralleling valve solenoid allowing the primary and secondary pumps to operate in parallel during the starting sequence
3: energized the fuel manifold drain solenoid
What does the 65 % switch do?
1: deengerizes the igniter plugs
2: deenergizes the paralleling valve solenoid that puts primary and secondary pumps in series
3: deengerizes the fuel manifold drain valve solenoid but the drain valve itself remains closed bc of fuel pressure
