Rx options endometrial ca
A
• Surgery - best! TAH + bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (BS0) + perineal lavage. If advanced-radical hysterectomy + pelvic LN resection.
• Radiation - post-op/brachytherapy
• chemo - hormonal rx (palliative): high dose progesterone
-agents: cisplatin, doxyrubicin.
