Adrenal insufficiency (adrenal crisis)
A
Long term glucocorticoid therapy can suppress the HPA axis. Adrenal crisis can be precipitated by stressful situations (i.e. Surgery) if the glucocorticoid dose is not increased appropriately

Contain AA substitute at the c terminal end of B chain and have a rapid onset and offset of action, mimicking physio post prandial insulin secretion.
