most common cause of hyperthryroidism, IgG stimulate TSH receptors on thyroid (goiter) retro-orbital fibroblasts, presents during stress
heat intolerance, weight loss (increased appetite), hyperactivity, diarrhea. bilateral proptosis and eyelid retraction. visible sclera.
