A
Fever
Tachycardia
Decreased GCS or restlessness/agitation
Heart failure with pulmonary oedema
Vomiting/diarrhoea, raised bilirubin/abdominal pain/jaundice
Tremor
Never use aspirin in thyroid storm - this releases more T4
