Any acute onset of typical skin signs (urticaria/angioedema/flushing) AND resp sx (wheeze/stridor) OR GI sx OR hypotension

OR

Any acute onset hypotension OR wheeze/stridor thought to be due to anaphylaxis, even if typical skin changes not present
