Eikenella (fight bite)

Katipo bites
A
Lactrodectus
<20% require antivenom
Pale area, local sweating and piloerection
May go on to develop HA, tachycardia, HTN, fatigue, nausea, myalgia, regional lymphadenopathy

Stingray barbs (or lion fish, dogfish, leatherback etc)

Clean
Soak in 46’ water for 30-60 mins to deactivate protein toxins
