What are ethics?

A

ethics are the moral guidelines an organisation should follow. it refers to the right and the wrong actions and behaviour an organisation displays. Usually all of the ethical behaviour and actions for employees and managers to uphold can be found in the organisations code of conduct. For example, an organisation can be ethical by acting environmentally friendly and by using environmentally friendly suppliers.

A

Social responsibility is what an organisation can do to go beyond what is required by law in order to give back to the community they operate in, also to the environment they operate in. For example, an organisation could sponsor a local football club.
