A witness would be called in to sign the employees evaluation on the supervisors computer. The witness cannot be the employees supervisor or reviewer. The witness will use his/her EIS pin to sign.
How many days does an employee have to enter a comment into epms regarding any disagreement?
15 days after receiving his completed performance evaluation.
