What are the ABCs in the diagnosis of anaphylaxis?
A
Look out for sudden onset of Airway/Breathing/Circulatory problems ( eg. Swelling of the throat and tongue, hoarse voice/stridor, wheeze, dyspnoea, hypotension, tachycardia ) and generalized pruritus and widespread erythematous or urticarial rash.

Define refractory anaphylaxis
A
Respiratory and/or CV problems that persist despite 2 doses of IM adrenaline.
