Essential to protect spine . Stand in drama neutral, breathe in, drop chin to chest . Roll down till hands touch floor , concentrating on movmemt of spine . Keep head heavy and relaxed , bend knees and drop pelvis and slowly roll up , head is last

Movmemt away and around spine (bodies axis)
Twists, turns, rolls, bending forward / backwards . Reach up to ceiling rocking forward and backward , rising up onto balls of feet
