Hemolyzed specimen, thrombocytosis >450,000, or leukocytosis >100,000

Seizure and coma, Na 118 mEq/L (tx?)
A
Immediately give 3% NS to raise Na by 2-3 mEq/L (given severe symptoms), then slowly raise with 0.5 mEq/L/hour correction
