Allocation of seat is proportional of the number of votes.

Each voter votes for a list composed by a party.

What is the meaning of a plurality system?
Each voter votes for one candidate.
What is the First Past the Post System? (Plurality)
candidate with the most votes is elected (simple majority)
What is the Two Round majority? (Plurality)
Each voter votes for one candidate. If a candidate obtains an absolute majority, he is elected
in the first round. If not, a runoff election takes place among the two or more candidates who obtained the most votes.
What is Symmetric federalism?

What is cooperative federalism?
